Comfortable bed, convenient location, the room was equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment during downtime, and the near tram stop made it easy to reach various attractions quickly.
Everything was flawless.

Convenient public transport, free wi-fi, but no coffee facilities and a mini-flood in showers.

The vintage decor of Villa Royale added a charming character to my stay, making the common areas feel inviting. I particularly enjoyed the cozy reading nook that offered a lovely escape after my day of exploring Brussels.
Need more soundproofing in the rooms.

The room had a unique vintage decor, offering a charming character that added to the overall experience. It was conveniently located near a tram stop, providing quick access to various attractions and highlights of the area.
The hills leading to the hotel can be a workout, especially if you’re hauling luggage. The shower setup lacks a proper curtain, leading to occasional flooding, and the walls are thin enough that you might catch snippets of conversations from neighboring rooms, which could disturb your peace.

The welcome was super friendly, and my room was spotlessly clean with a nice setup. I enjoyed the cozy reading nook and the little area to grab coffee anytime which really added to my chill time. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit of updating, but it didn't take away from the good vibes overall. 😊

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly got me a bottle of water at night. I highly recommend it for a great experience! Coming back for a business trip.

The staff were helpful and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs better maintenance since the shower flooded the floor. Location offers good access to public transport.

The Superior Twin Room was quite cozy, with nice warm vibes and a lovely scent in the lobby. Having separate beds was a big plus for my friend and me, giving us room to breathe. The bathroom had body wash and hand soap in dispensers, which I appreciated. But just a heads up, the showers are open-door style, so expect a little flooding when you shower. No extra amenities like an iron or kettle, which is kind of a bummer.

Comfortable stay with room for improvement
The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed that made for an enjoyable sleep after long days exploring the city. I appreciated the proximity to public transportation options, making it easy to get around. the showers had open doors that resulted in minor flooding, which could be a hassle.

During my solo stay, the staff's friendliness stood out, especially when they provided great directions for exploring. Public transport options made it easy to navigate the city. the lack of soundproofing allowed me to hear conversations from nearby rooms, which compromised my privacy. The room had minimal amenities, just a fridge with nothing inside, and the vending machine only accepted coins. Breakfast was decent, but nothing remarkable.

The unique vintage decor gives the place a charming character, reminiscent of a bygone era. I enjoyed spending time in the foyer, which had a sweet scent that made the atmosphere feel more welcoming.
The walls are so thin you might as well be in the next room with your neighbors. The lack of a kettle or coffee-making facilities is frustrating, and having only a vending machine that takes coins feels outdated. Without a decent shower mat, the bathroom shower is a slippery mess waiting to happen. be prepared for an uncomfortably wide gap in your expectations versus reality when it comes to room upgrades advertised online versus what you actually get.
